Red Wines

All of our wine are by the glass or bottle. Prices vary from $5.00 a glass to $12.00 a glass. We also sell bottles to go. The wine menu changes every 2 to 3 weeks, we specialize in boutique wines, it allows our customers to try different wines from around the world.  Bottles “to go”  are $10.00 less then the listed bottle price on the menu.

Pinot Noir, 2008, Cedar Brook, Napa, California, Character, rich cherry and plum flavors with hints of spice and smokey and toasty oak.

Pinot Noir, 2009, Mark West, Santa Lucia Highlands, California, Wild black berry, ripe black cherries & delicate herbal flavors show against French Oak, notes of toast & chocolate.

Merlot, 2007, 14 Hands, Horse Haven Hills, Washington, Classic Washington Merlot, aromas of blackberries & black cherries.  Expressive flavors of dark stone fruits are joined by subtle notes of cocoa & Toast.

Malbec, 2009, Budini, Mendoza, Argentina, Dark red/purple color.  Perfumed with aromas of ripe black cherries & some sweet oak.  Full, fleshy & jammy in the mouth with loads of ripe & spicy red & black fruits.  Great texture,with ripe tannins & a long finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007, Line 39, Lake County, California, This Cabernet starts with aromas of bright  red fruits, blackberry, tobacco, & cedar.  This elegant wine offers chewy black fruit flavors with subtle tannins on the finish that is not overpowering.

Blend, 2008, Sineann – “Adondante”, Columbia Valley, Washington, 92 pts Wine Spectator.  Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Zinfandel.  Light, polished & distinctive for its tightly wound tobacco-accented blackberry & plum flavor, hinting at black olives as the finish lingers on.

Blend, 2009, The Wolftrap, Western Cape, South Africa, Syrah, Mourvedre & Viognier.  Abundance of black fruit flavors with hint  of violet. Unpretentious easy drinking with smooth tannins & sweet berries on the palate.

Carmenere, 2005, PKNT Reserve, Valle Central, Chile, produced from grapes at optimal ripeness, imparts a cherry like, fruity flavor.  Hints of  smoke, spice and earthy notes.  Blend of Shiraz and Cabernet.

Tempranillo, 2005, Figuero, Ribera del Duero, Spain, On the palate, the wine is medium bodied nicely balanced & a little juicy.  Flavors of raspberry with a hint of cherry & oak.

Petite Sirah, 2009, Line 39, Lake County, California, Aromas of red & black fruits with a hint oak, a full-bodied wine that is both complex & elegant, this wine boasts rich flavors of dark fruits, cherries & a long finish.

Syrah, 2007, Tolosa, Central Coast – Edna Valley, California, Aromas of blackberry, toast & pepper. Full flavored & rich, the wine’s dark fruit flavors mix with hints of tobacco, spice & chocolate.

Zinfandel, 2007, Sobon Estate – Old Vine, Amador County, California, Classic Zinfandel, with loads of berry fruit, pepper, earth and roasted provencal herbs.  The wine is pure, full-bodied, ripe, with not a hard edge to be found

Zinfandel, 2008, Ancient Peaks, Paso Robles, California, Intense aromas of black fruits with enticing accents of anise & vanilla. The palate is bright & juicy, unfolding with flavors of black cherry, raspberry & plum.  A dash of black pepper accompanies fresh acidity on a long, structured finish

PORTS, Taylor Fladgate 10 year and 20 year
